My public high school has no squash program or varsity team, so I've built my game through year-round club training and tournament play, and taken ownership of my own development.

How I train

Preparation, tactics, reflection.

On court

  • Technical patterns
  • Conditioned games
  • Match simulation
  • Ghosting

Off court

  • Speed and agility
  • Injury prevention
  • Mobility
  • Load management

Self-managed

  • Reviewing my own matches and opponent footage
  • Tournament calendar, preparation, scheduling and travel

Having recently moved up to the Under-19 division, my focus is on turning match experience into stronger, more consistent performances against a broader field, and on continuing to improve over the next 18 to 24 months.
